smoke in the cockpit

 کنترلرهای پرواز باید هرگونه گزارش مربوط به وجود دود در داخل کابین خلبان و یا کابین مسافران پرواز را جدی بگیرند چون این احتمال وجود دارد که  به دنبال گزارش مشاهده دود در قسمتی از هواپیما، آتش سوزی درآن قسمت هواپیما اتفاق بیفتد و به تبع آن ایمنی کل سرنشینان هواپیما را  به مخاطره بیاندازد. به تبادل پیام ها بین خلبان وکنترلر و همچنین بین خلبان و سایر کروی پروازی در یک موقعیت اضطراری فرضی مربوط به گزارش مشاهده دود درهواپیما توجه کنید:

 

ABC123:    Pan-Pan, Pan-Pan, Pan Pan, Control, this is ABC123 we have smoke in the cockpit
ATC:     ABC123 roger Pan-Pan, what is your intention?
ABC123:    We would like to descend FL160 and hold for a while to identify the source of the smoke.
ATC:     Roger descent FL 160, hold over ZZZ VOR
PF:       check with the purser if we have smoke in the cabin too
PNF:    ok
PNF:    we have smoke in the cockpit, how about the cabin? any smoke or smell of smoke?
Purser:   there is no smoke but we have an unusual odor in the cabin.
PNF:     no smoke in the cabin but she smells some unusual odor too.
PF:      the smoke is getting stronger, let’s put on smoke hoods, call ATC and declare emergency, ask also for a nearest airport.
PNF:    roger
ABC123:    MayDay, MayDay, MayDay ABC123 declaring emergency, we have smoke in the cockpit, request priority landing in the nearest suitable airport.
ATC:     ABC123 roger Mayday, cancel hold, fly heading 120, vectoring for ILS approach you will be number one to land.
ABC123:    Roger heading 120 for ILS approach, we also need fire brigade to standby near the runway. We may need to do emergency evacuation if the situation requires so
ATC:     ABC123 Roger, fire service has been activated.
